About the event
This is a group healing session. You will come in and lay or sit in meditation. I will come around to each student and offer reiki healing. While you are experiencing reiki for yourself you may utilize an intention or simply be. If you are not directly receiving reiki, know that the energy being cultivated in the space is supporting you and everyone else as well.
Bring your own blankets and pillows if you feel called to. We do have blankets and bolsters available.
